📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take 7-10 business days depending on complexity. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order ships!
Heavy order volume during sales may increase processing times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide. International orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location and customs processing. Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Do you offer cheaper shipping for sticker-only orders?
Yes! For sticker-only orders, I offer a more affordable shipping option via stamped letter mail (no tracking). Please contact me for a discount code to reduce your shipping fee. Keep in mind that this method takes longer to arrive: 2-3 weeks for USA orders and 6-8 weeks for international orders. Since this shipping method has no tracking, I cannot offer refunds if your order doesn't arrive.
My stickers arrived damaged. What should I do?
Oh no! Please contact me right away with photos of the damage. I'll send you replacements as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is my priority!

What material are your stickers made from?
I use high-quality matte or glossy sticker paper (check individual product listings for specifics). A cheaper standard matte is also available. All stickers are kiss-cut for easy peeling and designed to be durable for everyday planner use. For more details, visit my Paper Type page!
Will these stickers fit my planner?
My stickers work with most popular planners including Erin Condren, Happy Planner, Passion Planner, and more! Check the product description for exact measurements. Most functional stickers are designed for standard vertical and horizontal layouts.
Are your stickers repositionable?
My stickers have a permanent adhesive, so they're not repositionable once placed. I recommend positioning carefully before pressing down firmly!
Are your stickers waterproof?
It depends on the type! My vinyl die-cut stickers are fully waterproof and dishwasher safe—perfect for water bottles, tumblers, laptops, and outdoor use.
My regular matte and glossy sticker sheets are not waterproof and should be kept in your planner away from water. Premium matte stickers are water-resistant and can handle minor splashes, but they're not suited for heavy water exposure or dishwashers.
Do you use AI to create your designs?
No! AI is not used to create any designs in my shop. All designs are created by me with care and attention to detail. Some artwork may incorporate art from other artists using properly licensed commercial use graphics, but every design is thoughtfully crafted by real people.

Can I request custom stickers?

How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and my current workload. I'll give you an estimated timeline when you place your order.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! If you're interested in wholesale orders for your shop or large quantities for events, please contact me directly and I'll be happy to discuss pricing.
🎁 Buyer Rewards Program
How does the Buyer Rewards program work?
Every customer receives a rewards card with their first order each year! The card has 10 circles that you fill in with the small narwhal stickers (or bee stickers from older rewards cards) found on the monthly freebie sheet included with every order.
How do I earn reward stickers?
You'll receive one monthly freebie sheet with each order, regardless of order value. Each freebie sheet includes a narwhal sticker to add to your rewards card. Some special sales may include bonus reward stickers too!
What happens when I fill my card?
Once all 10 circles are filled, contact me to redeem your completed card! I'll send you instructions via email to claim your $10 USD shop credit for a future order. The best part? Your credit can be combined with sales!
💝 Sticker Club & Mystery Boxes
What is the Sticker Club?
The Sticker Club is a monthly subscription where you receive exclusive sticker sheets delivered right to your door! Check out the Sticker Club page for current offerings and how to join.
What comes in a Mystery Box?
Mystery Boxes are curated themed collections! You have the option to purchase stickers only or the full box experience. The full box includes not just stickers, but additional exclusive items that vary by theme. Previous boxes have included keychains, pens, notebooks, notepads, accessory bags, coasters, binder clips, reusable sticker books, and more!
Can I purchase stickers or items from past boxes?
Yes! Stickers and items from the boxes are exclusive to box purchasers for 1 year. Box items can be purchased through the Secret Store or by contacting me directly. After the exclusivity period, leftover items will be added to the shop.
What's the difference between stickers-only and the full box?
The stickers-only option gives you just the exclusive sticker sheets from that themed box at a lower price point. The full box includes those same stickers PLUS additional planning accessories and goodies to enhance your planning experience!
💳 Payment & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment methods through Shopify's secure checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact me as soon as possible! Once an order is processed and shipped, I won't be able to make changes.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of many products, I don't accept returns on stickers unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out and I'll make it right!
